Role Overview

SDAX is seeking a highly organised, commercially minded, and strategic Corporate Strategy & Executive Assistant to support the Chief Executive Officer across executive operations, corporate governance, and business strategy. This trusted role will report directly to the Chief Executive and plays a pivotal role in driving organisational effectiveness, supporting key business priorities, and ensuring seamless coordination across the firm.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities include but not limited to the following:

  • Oversee the end-to-end organization of Board and Shareholders meetings; provide full corporate secretarial support, including agenda setting, minute-taking, and ensuring strict adherence to the Singapore Companies Act and ACRA requirements.
  • Collaborate with senior management to research, develop, and refine SDAX's medium- to long-term corporate strategies, commercial priorities, and regional expansion initiatives.
  • Draft high-level executive briefings and management reports to provide the Board and senior leadership with clear insights into business performance and commercial milestones.
  • Act as a strategic gatekeeper for the CEO by managing complex schedules, triaging requests, and prioritizing engagements to maximize leadership impact.
  • Partner closely with Marketing, Compliance, Finance, and other business units to ensure seamless strategic alignment and operational execution across the firm.
  • Lead and support ad-hoc cross-departmental projects, driving initiatives from conceptualization through to successful delivery.
