Our client is an established organisation in the education sector, committed to delivering quality services and operational excellence. They are currently seeking a Corporate Services Executive to support their administrative and operational functions.

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and operational support across departments
  • Maintain proper documentation, records, and filing systems
  • Assist with invoice processing, payments, and expense tracking
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors on administrative matters
  • Support HR administration, including employee records, onboarding, and training coordination
  • Assist in office and facilities management, including maintenance and inventory tracking
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations
  • Support preparation of documents for internal reporting and audits
  • Track and follow up on tasks, timelines, and action items
  • Assist in process improvement initiatives where required


Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience in administration or operations
  • Candidates from all industries are welcome to apply
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • Good attention to detail and sense of responsibility
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
