Job Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and operational support across departments
- Maintain proper documentation, records, and filing systems
- Assist with invoice processing, payments, and expense tracking
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors on administrative matters
- Support HR administration, including employee records, onboarding, and training coordination
- Assist in office and facilities management, including maintenance and inventory tracking
- Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations
- Support preparation of documents for internal reporting and audits
- Track and follow up on tasks, timelines, and action items
- Assist in process improvement initiatives where required
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience in administration or operations
