Job Summary

The Service Coordinator supports daily service operations by maintaining accurate records, managing customer requests, and coordinating communication between teams and stakeholders. This role demands strong organization, attention to detail, and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update install base records, including new installations, decommissioned devices, and service contract details to ensure accurate service tracking
  • Manage service inventory by tracking movements and updating records to maintain inventory accuracy
  • Scan and upload service reports to the shared drive and update preventive maintenance records for timely documentation
  • Handle customer service requests by managing calls and monitoring the TSG inbox to ensure prompt responses
  • Provide backup support for CCR submissions and coordinate related activities to maintain workflow continuity
  • Coordinate ExpertCare requests by managing intake, delivery, and closure tracking to ensure service completion
  • Prepare quotations and follow up with customers to facilitate sales and service processes
  • Support Accounts Receivable follow-ups by liaising with relevant stakeholders to resolve outstanding issues
  • Perform administrative duties that support daily service operations and contribute to team efficiency

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Diploma in Business Administration or a relevant technical field
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in service coordination, customer service, or administrative support
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications to support documentation and communication
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
