Jobscope:
- Coordinate and execute onsite health screening events at community and corporate locations
- Oversee end-to-end operations including registration, screening flow, and crowd management and provide on-ground support during screenings to ensure smooth workflow
- Manage event logistics, setup, and onsite operations
- Ensure adherence to screening protocols and service requirements
- Track inventory levels and ensure sufficient stock for operations
- Coordinate transportation and delivery of equipment to screening sites
- Liaise with clients and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution
- Prepare operational documents (site layouts, risk management plans, and session briefs)
- Ensure compliance with SOPs and service quality standards
- Support sales team in day-to-day operational matters
- Managing vendors, if assigned
Requirements:
- NITEC/Dip in any discipline
- Willing to travel islandwide for onsite screenings
- Able to work early mornings, and weekends for health screening events
