Job Description

Job Summary

The Corporate Services Director serves as the institutional owner of corporate services, administrative governance, and operational control systems. This pivotal leadership role ensures that finance administration, HR operations, facilities, and documentation processes are effectively managed and strictly aligned with regulatory requirements, including SSG/EduTrust, PDPA, and MOM. Reporting to the Deputy CEO, you will act as a central coordination node across departments to ensure the Institute remains audit-ready and operationally efficient.

Key Responsibilities

1. Corporate Governance & Operational Control

  • Act as the process owner for corporate services, ensuring all administrative and operational workflows are standardized and aligned with the OMPM framework.

  • Maintain audit-ready documentation and support all internal/external audits, including SSG/EduTrust and financial audits.

  • Identify operational risks and implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPs).

2. Finance & Human Resource Administration

  • Oversee finance administrative processes, including payroll coordination with outsourced vendors and payment processing.

  • Manage student financial processes (FPS arrangements, refunds) with full traceability via the Master Student List.

  • Maintain the complete employee lifecycle (contracts, payroll data, performance records) in compliance with MOM regulations.

3. Operations, Facilities & Document Control

  • Oversee facilities management, including safety compliance (WSH, fire safety) and IT infrastructure readiness.

  • Act as the primary owner of the document control system, ensuring all institutional documents are version-controlled, traceable, and PDPA compliant.

  • Manage relationships with external vendors, service providers, and regulatory authorities.

4. Strategic Reporting & Improvement

  • Prepare quarterly management reports covering operational performance, compliance observations, and financial admin insights.

  • Provide data-driven recommendations to the Executive Management Team for continuous process improvement.

Job Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree or above in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience within a Private Education Institution (PEI) or a similarly regulated environment.
  • Compliance Knowledge: Deep familiarity with Singapore regulatory frameworks, specifically SSG/EduTrust, PDPA, and MOM guidelines.
  • Skills: Exceptional organizational, documentation, and coordination skills.High attention to detail with strong compliance awareness.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple functions and high-level stakeholders simultaneously
