Job Description

We are a corporate solutions provider in Singapore offering services in corporate secretarial, accounting, compliance and business advisory. Our firm supports SMEs and business owners in managing regulatory compliance, financial reporting and corporate governance matters.

We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Corporate Services & Compliance Executive to support our expanding portfolio of clients.

Candidates with prior experience in corporate secretarial firms will be given priority.

Key Responsibilities

Corporate Secretarial

  • Assist with company incorporation and related filings with ACRA

  • Prepare and file Annual Returns and maintain statutory registers

  • Draft directors and shareholders resolutions

  • Maintain proper records of corporate documents and registers

Compliance Management

  • Track statutory deadlines and compliance requirements for client companies

  • Prepare compliance reminders and ensure timely submissions

  • Support regulatory documentation and internal compliance processes

Accounting & Bookkeeping

  • Assist with bookkeeping and preparation of accounting records

  • Maintain financial transactions using accounting software

  • Support preparation of financial statements and coordinate with external accountants where required

GST Compliance

  • Assist clients with GST registration

  • Prepare and submit quarterly GST returns (F5 filing)

  • Maintain proper GST records and documentation

Client Management

  • Liaise with clients regarding corporate compliance matters

  • Assist with onboarding new clients and documentation

  • Maintain organized client records and document management systems

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Corporate Governance or related discipline

  • 2-5 years experience in a corporate secretarial firm, accounting firm, or corporate services provider

  • Familiar with Singapore corporate secretarial procedures and compliance requirements

  • Experience with GST filing and bookkeeping preferred

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines

  • Good written and verbal communication skills
