Office & Facilities Management: Coordinate with vendors, oversee maintenance, manage office supplies procurement, handle lease agreements, and liaise with landlords and external agencies.
HSSE Oversight: Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental regulations and on-site requirements.
Stakeholder Engagement & Governance: Act as a point of contact for management engagements, support internal and external communications, and coordinate Board-related meetings and visits.
Project & External Partner Coordination: Support initiatives requiring logistics, documentation control, scheduling, and coordination with external stakeholders.
Operational Administration: Manage documents, subscriptions, and provide daily logistical support, including event coordination for internal teams and visitors.
