Attend tender site show rounds, prepare sales quotations/proposals and pitch presentations to potential and existing clients.
Understand and review client needs to ensure service offerings remain competitive and aligned with expectations.
Engage in supplier coordination to achieve cost efficiency.
Keep abreast of trends in Environmental Services and Integrated Facilities Management sectors to identify potential opportunities or risks.
Customer Service & Relationship Management
Maintain strong client relationships through prompt, professional handling of enquiries and service issues.
Work closely with operations teams to uphold service quality in line with company standards and contractual obligations.
Working closely with other departments including Operations, Human Resource, Finance, Procurement, Technology and Safety to ensure smooth workflow and alignment.
Coordinate and maintain accurate service reports and process payments for cleaners in a timely manner.
Job Requirements:
Prior experience in sales support, client servicing, or administrative coordination preferred.
Minimum Diploma Degree.
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Good negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
