We are a leading Main Contractor specializing in Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) engineering and construction. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality infrastructure solutions and are looking for a detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic project team.
Project Cost Management: Oversight of the entire project lifecycle, including cost planning, budgetary control, and financial reporting.
Procurement & Tendering: Handle sourcing, quotation enquiries, price negotiations, and the preparation of tender documents/contracts.
Payment Administration: Manage progress claim submissions, evaluate sub-contractor claims, and process payment certifications.
Final Accounts: Liaise with stakeholders for the successful negotiation and closing of final project accounts.
Stakeholder Coordination: Act as a key point of contact for Project Managers, Consultants, and Sub-contractors to ensure smooth project delivery.
On-site Presence: Attend site meetings and conduct site inspections to verify progress and address technical discrepancies.
Documentation: Maintain systematic project records and handle related administrative duties.
Education: Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related construction field.
Experience: Open to Fresh Graduates with a passion for the M&E sector relevant internship experience is a plus.
Skills: Strong analytical skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Attributes: Proactive, meticulous, and possesses strong communication skills for effective negotiation.
