Job Summary

We are seeking a meticulous and highly organised Corporate Secretary to support the firm's corporate governance and compliance framework. This role will work closely with senior leadership, legal advisors, and external stakeholders to ensure all statutory and regulatory obligations are met and upheld. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable operating in a lean, fast-paced investment environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full spectrum of corporate secretarial duties, including incorporation, maintenance, and dissolution of entities across jurisdictions
  • Ensure timely filing of statutory returns, annual reports, and regulatory submissions in compliance with relevant authorities
  • Prepare and maintain board resolutions, minutes, and corporate records with high accuracy and confidentiality
  • Coordinate and organize board meetings, AGMs, and shareholder communications
  • Liaise with external service providers, regulators, auditors, and legal counsel on corporate governance matters
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, including changes in legislation
  • Assist with other adhoc administrative duties where required

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Law or a related discipline
  • ICSA / CSIS qualification (or equivalent) is highly preferred
  • 3–8 years of relevant corporate secretarial experience, ideally within investment firms, family offices, or professional services firms
  • Strong understanding of Singapore corporate governance and regulatory requirements (ACRA, Companies Act)
  • Experience handling multi-jurisdictional entities is a strong advantage
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong organisational and documentation skills
  • Ability to work independently in a lean team environment
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
