About the role
We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Corporate Secretary (Executive & Senior) to join our growing team. You will manage a diverse portfolio of corporate secretarial matters across multiple jurisdictions including Singapore, Hong Kong, and offshore entities. This role suits a proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced CSP environment and is looking to build or deepen expertise in international company secretarial practice.

What you will do
- Manage end-to-end corporate secretarial matters for a portfolio of Singapore, Hong Kong, and offshore (BVI, Cayman, etc.) entities
- Prepare and file statutory documents, annual returns, resolutions, and board papers in compliance with the relevant Companies Acts and regulatory requirements
- Maintain statutory registers, minute books, and corporate records accurately and up to date
- Liaise with clients, directors, legal counsel, and regulatory bodies (ACRA, Companies Registry HK, offshore registries)
- Support corporate actions including incorporations, restructurings, share allotments, transfers, and strike-offs
- Assist with or lead KYC/AML onboarding for new clients and entities in line with MAS requirements
- Identify process improvements and contribute to team knowledge sharing
What we are looking for
- Min 1 year and above of corporate secretarial experience, ideally within a CSP or professional services firm]
- Hands-on experience with Singapore entities (ACRA) exposure to Hong Kong and offshore jurisdictions (BVI, Cayman, etc.) is a strong advantage
- Degree in Business, Law, or a related field ICSA/CGI qualification, SAICSA membership, or equivalent is preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate
- Strong grasp of the Companies Act (Singapore) and relevant cross-border regulatory frameworks
- Meticulous attention to detail, good client management skills, and the ability to manage multiple portfolios under tight deadlines
- Good written and spoken English proficiency in Mandarin or Cantonese is an advantage for HK client liaison
