Role Description

This full-time hybrid role as Corporate Secretary is based in Singapore, with some flexibility for remote work. The Corporate Secretary will be responsible for handling a wide range of corporate secretarial duties, such as maintaining statutory records, preparing board and shareholder resolutions, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and deadlines. The role will also involve coordinating board meetings, filing requisite documents with regulatory authorities, and offering support to clients for corporate governance matters. The candidate will work collaboratively with team members to deliver exceptional service to clients.

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years relevant experience
  • Strong knowledge of corporate secretarial practices, regulatory compliance, and Singapore Companies Act requirements
  • Proficiency in preparing statutory filings, maintaining corporate records, and drafting resolutions
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple clients and tasks efficiently
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with stakeholders
  • Detail-oriented and proactive in identifying potential compliance issues and ensuring timely resolutions
  • Relevant certifications in corporate governance, chartered secretarial, or equivalent qualifications (e.g., ICSA, SAICSA) are highly advantageous
  • Experience in working with digital corporate secretarial tools and technologies is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, or any related field preferred
