Job Description
We are a growing corporate services firm providing company secretarial, accounting, and compliance services to clients in Singapore and Malaysia.
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Corporate Secretary to join our team. The role involves handling a portfolio of clients and ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of clients, including private limited companies and other entities
- Handle full spectrum of corporate secretarial work, including:Company incorporationsPreparation of directors/shareholders resolutionsAnnual filings with Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA)Maintenance of statutory registers and records
- Ensure timely compliance with statutory requirements under the Singapore Companies Act
- Liaise with clients, auditors, and regulatory authorities
- Provide advisory support on corporate governance and compliance matters
- Assist with other ad-hoc assignments as required
Requirements
- At least 2-3 years of relevant corporate secretarial experience in Singapore
- Familiar with ACRA BizFile+ system
- Good knowledge of Singapore Companies Act and compliance requirements
- Able to work independently and manage deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication skills (written and spoken English)
Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have)
- Registered Qualified Individual (QI) with ACRA
- Experience handling a portfolio of clients
- Exposure to regional work (e.g. Malaysia) is a plus
