As a Corporate Secretarial Manager, you will lead a dedicated team in providing high-quality corporate governance and secretarial services to a diverse portfolio of local and international clients. You are the bridge between regulatory requirements, and our clients business objectives, ensuring every entity remains in good standing while delivering proactive, strategic advice.
1. Portfolio & Compliance Management
Manage a diverse portfolio of entities (Private Limiteds, LLPs, and Foreign Branches) ensuring strict adherence to the Singapore Companies Act.
Oversee the preparation and filing of Annual Returns, changes in directors/shareholders, and other statutory filings via BizFile+.
Advise clients on corporate governance best practices and regulatory updates from ACRA, IRAS, and SGX (if applicable).
2. Advisory & Transactional Support
Lead complex corporate exercises including incorporations, striking-off, amalgamations, and capital reductions.
Draft and review comprehensive board resolutions, minutes of meetings, and Constitution amendments.
Manage KYC and AML onboarding procedures in compliance with Singapore's regulatory framework for Corporate Service Providers.
3. Team Leadership & Business Development
Mentor and supervise a team of Corporate Secretarial Associates, ensuring accuracy and professional growth.
Act as the primary point of contact for high-net-worth clients and MNCs, fostering long-term relationships.
Identify opportunities to upsell additional services (e.g., work passes, accounting, or tax) and contribute to the firm's growth.
