Lead and mentor junior staff, providing guidance and training to ensure team effectiveness and professional development
Assist in maintaining a portfolio of clients in Singapore companies.
Assist in drafting and updating of corporate secretarial records.
Draft and review directors and shareholders resolutions, relevant statutory forms, and supporting documents for corporate transactions (e.g., incorporation, restructuring, share allotments/transfers, strike-offs).
Liaise and coordinate with statutory bodies (such as ACRA), banks, auditors, and external business partners as needed.
Review and provide advice on compliance requirements, corporate governance practices, and corporate secretarial matters in accordance with the Singapore Companies Act and ACRA guidelines.
Prepare standard corporate documents for various company transactions.
Maintain accurate client records and manage document workflows.
Follow compliance and regulatory requirements.
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superiors.
Job Requirements:
Minimum of Degree in Business Administration/Business Management and above.
At least 5 years of experience as a corporate secretary.
Qualified or part-qualified in ICSA, CSIS, or equivalent.
Familiar with the Singapore Companies Act and ACRA e-filing.
Knowledge on compliance of statutory requirements and other government legislative
Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in mandarin is vital for this role to deal with mandarin speaking counterparts
