Responsible for the full spectrum of corporate secretarial work for a portfolio of companies.
Prepare and lodge documents with ACRA, MAS, IRAS and other statutory boards
Liaise and advise clients on company formation, company statutory administration, including preparation of resolutions, meeting papers and related matter
Preparation of XBRL Report
Perform all other related duties as assigned to meet the needs of the organization.
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or Law or CSIS qualification
Minimum 2 years relevant experience
Independent, organized and meticulous
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong verbal and written English communication skills
Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, Words
Positive working attitude, pro-active, good team player and able to work independently with minimal supervision
Able to multi-task and work under pressure in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
