Our client, a Well-established firm is seeking to recruit a Corporate Secretarial Executive for their esteemed organisation.
Job details:
- Assist in providing a full range of Corporate secretarial services to an assigned portfolio of companies
- Attend to statutory filing in compliance with Companies Act 1967 and other regulatory and statutory requirements, to ensure that compliance is well-adhered to at all times
- Ensure that due diligence and certification requirements are well adhered to
- Attend board meetings
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Candidates must possess at least 3 to 5 years of Corporate Secretarial experience
- Good communication skills with ability to work well as a team player
- Professional and able to work well under tight timeline
