We are looking for a responsible and experienced Corporate Secretarial Executive to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a solid understanding of Singapore corporate compliance who enjoys working closely with clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
Corporate Secretarial & Compliance
- Prepare, review, and file statutory documents in accordance with the Singapore Companies Act and ACRA requirements
- Handle ACRA BizFile submissions, including changes of officers, annual returns, and other statutory filings
- Manage IRAS e-stamping for share transfers in a timely and accurate manner
- Maintain and update statutory registers, company records, directors and shareholders information
Meetings & Governance
- Coordinate and support board meetings and shareholders meetings
- Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, resolutions, and related corporate documentation
Client & Regulatory Liaison
- Act as a key point of contact for clients and regulatory authorities (e.g. ACRA, IRAS)
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of documents and information
- Maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and support
- Support daily administrative and business operations
Compliance & Risk Management
- Review and maintain KYC / CDD documentation for new and existing clients, with a focus on high-risk profiles
- Ensure ongoing compliance with applicable laws and regulatory standards
Professional Development & Special Projects
- Attend relevant seminars and industry events to stay updated on best practices
- Undertake ad-hoc tasks and special projects as assigned by management
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Corporate Secretarial Studies, or a related field
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in company secretarial work / CSP.
- Strong working knowledge of ACRA regulations and the Singapore Companies Act
- with basic accounting and tax knowledge
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese
- Proficiency in Chinese is preferred, especially for communicating with Chinese-speaking clients
- Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proactive, able to work independently, and a strong team player
