About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Corporate Secretarial professional who's ready to take the next step in their career. You'll manage a portfolio of clients, oversee statutory filings, and ensure compliance under the Companies Act. The role is ideal for someone from a corporate secretarial firm background who's looking to build and lead a growing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a full spectrum of corporate secretarial duties for a portfolio of private limited companies.
- Prepare and file ACRA documents, board resolutions, annual returns, share transfers, and other statutory documents.
- Maintain and update company registers and minute books.
- Liaise with clients, auditors, and regulatory authorities.
- Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, ACRA regulations, and corporate governance standards.
- Mentor and supervise junior staff as the team expands.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of corporate secretarial experience in a professional corp sec firm environment.
- Registered Qualified Individual (RQI) under ACRA preferred.
- Sound knowledge of Singapore company law and corporate governance requirements.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and deadlines.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to take on leadership responsibility.
