The successful candidate will handle the full spectrum of corporate secretarial matters for a portfolio of clients (local and foreign companies). They should possess knowledge of company secretarial practice, Singapore Companies Act and relevant laws.
Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
- Company Registration including incorporation of Singapore companies / Registration of Foreign companies, LLPs, etc
- Preparation of Directors and Shareholders resolutions relating to various statutory matters including share capital reduction, change of company constitution, change of company name, etc.
- Update and maintain statutory registers and records to ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
- E-filing of documents with ACRA
- E-stamping with IRAS
- Employment Pass applications
- Conduct of Due Diligence for our clients
- Provide advice on provisions of the Singapore Companies Act
