Assist with the registration of businesses, incorporation of companies, foreign entities, limited liability partnerships, and other business entities.
Handle all aspects of corporate secretarial matters in compliance with the Companies Act and other relevant regulations.
Prepare directors resolutions, meeting minutes, statutory forms, and other relevant documents.
Prepare XBRL financial statements.
Perform electronic filings with ACRA and online document stamping with IRAS.
Advise clients on compliance requirements and statutory obligations.
. Ensure adherence to all statutory and regulatory requirements.
Oversee client onboarding, ongoing monitoring, and due diligence checks.
Assist clients with work pass applications and CorpPass account management.
Attend meetings and prepare meeting minutes.
Perform any other corporate secretarial duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
ICSA qualification (or currently pursuing) and/or a Diploma in Business Administration, Commerce, or Law. Candidates without relevant qualifications but with suitable work experience are also encouraged to apply.
Proficient in MS Office.
Strong written and oral communication skills, with good interpersonal abilities.
Able to handle challenges and meet tight deadlines.
Resourceful, detail-oriented, and a team player.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Experience in handling Singapore companies is an advantage.
Proficiency in Chinese (written and spoken) is preferred.
