Corporate Secretarial Assistant
Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of clients and report to the Manager
- Prepare Board minutes and resolutions, ACRA BizFile filings and e-stamping
- Perform Know Your Customer due diligence requirements
- Assist in other ad-hoc secretarial and administrative assignments
Requirements:
- Diploma in Business Administration, Law or Legal Studies from Polytechnic or Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ICSA)
- Those who do not hold the relevant qualifications but with relevant 1- 2 years of working experience are welcomed to apply
- Possess positive work attitudes with strong initiative.
- Meticulous, deadline-driven and able to prioritize work with minimum supervision.
