Handling a full spectrum of Corporate Secretarial duties for private and offshore companies (including BVI, Seychelles, Cayman etc).
Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements, including filing of annual returns, maintaining financial records, adhering to economic substance requirements, and coordinating with government, statutory, and registered agencies.
Handle confidential matters, contracts, documents and provide operational support.
Provide administrative support for daily operations, including document filing and record keeping.
Contribute to the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of corporate procedures.
Any ad-hoc task or work as assigned by supervisor and/or management team.
Client Management
All communications with clients are clearly supported by e-mails, outlining agreed action steps, responsibilities and deadlines.
Timely response to clients on matters requiring attention.
Requirements
ICSA/CSIS qualification or pursuing and Degree in Law or other relevant fields.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in corporate secretarial work in a service provider set-up
Organized and meticulous.
Self-driven, independent and proactive and able to work independently in a dynamic working environment and have a good sense of urgency.
