Job Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of private and public companies (including listed companies)
- Handle company incorporation, annual compliance, and ACRA filings.
- Prepare board and shareholders resolutions for matters like share allotments, changes in directorship, and banking matters.
- Ensure timely filing of annual returns and maintenance of statutory registers.
- Liaise with clients, auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies.
- Perform KYC checks and client onboarding processes.
- Stay updated with regulatory changes (Companies Act, ACRA requirements, Listing Rules).
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Diploma/Degree in Business, Accountancy, Legal Studies or The Chartered Governance Institute (formerly known as the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators)
Experience:
- 0 to 1 year of relevant experience
Skills and attributes:
- Good understanding of Singapore corporate regulations.
- Experience handling SGX and Catalist-listed companies will be a distinct advantage.
- Meticulous with strong time management and organisational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- A team player who can also work independently.
