The client is a reputable conglomerate with various business ventures within the energy sector. This is a critical member of the corporate secretarial department because of the visibility of the team with the Board of Directors.
Responsibilities
You will be highly engaged in Board related matters (documentation preparation, logistics, advisory, follow ups etc).
The portfolio comprises of both local and South East Asian entities and are relatively active.
A willingness to deliver high level of work standards would help you succeed in this role
Requirements
At least 4 years experience within the corporate secretarial industry (service provider or in-house). CSIS Qualification favored and not compulsory.
Proven working knowledge in the flow of Board meetings preparation and follow through action points.
Strong communication skills (spoken and written) is required to successfully engage the stakeholders involved.
An open mind and understanding of rationale for things, backed by strong technical abilities would be helpful.
