Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Corporate Secretarial Manager to lead and manage our corporate secretarial function. This role is responsible for ensuring compliance with Singapore regulatory requirements, managing a portfolio of SME clients, and overseeing a team to deliver high-quality corporate secretarial services.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage corporate secretarial functions for international SME client portfolios to ensure robust business governance and regulatory compliance
  • Prepare and maintain accurate statutory records including board resolutions, share transfer forms, and registers to uphold regulatory adherence
  • Track and monitor statutory and regulatory deadlines to proactively maintain compliance and prevent penalties
  • Execute electronic filing of corporate documents with various Companies Registries to maintain current and accurate legal records
  • Respond promptly and professionally to client queries via email to sustain strong client relationships and high service quality
  • Conduct Know Your Client (KYC) reviews by assessing application forms to verify client identities and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
  • Perform due diligence checks on new and existing clients to identify and mitigate potential compliance and business risks
  • Complete ad-hoc assignments as directed to support team objectives and operational efficiency

Required competencies and certifications

  • Diploma, Degree, or ICSA holder or currently pursuing ICSA certification

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Proficient communication skills in both spoken and written English to effectively engage with clients and internal teams, supporting clear and professional interactions
  • Strong sense of responsibility and initiative to independently manage tasks and consistently meet deadlines
  • Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in documentation and compliance processes
  • Ability to prioritize workload and work efficiently in a fast-paced corporate service environment
  • Collaborative team player with the capability to work independently when required

  • Working Hours/Day: Mon to Thu [9:30am - 6:30pm] | Fri [9:30am - 5:30pm]
