Job Description: Corporate Sales Executive

Responsibilities

  • To liaise with our clients in assisting and attending to their orders, request, enquires and account serving.
  • Manage corporate accounts / develop new business with corporate clients.
  • Maintain and develop good relationship with existing customers through regular contact.
  • Maintain and develop a high level of product and service knowledge to facilitate the explanation of our product range and their benefits to potential and existing clients.
  • Assist in sales conferences, meetings and audits.
  • Administer pre-sales activities of products and services such as quotations, enquiries, etc.
  • Administer sales fulfilment activities of products and services to ensure timely delivery and completion as per customer orders.

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma Holder in related field.
  • Prior experience in Sales, Relationship Management and/or Accounts Servicing is required.
  • Experience in F&B /Luxury Goods/ Hotel industry will be advantageous.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in a second language (e.g., Chinese, Arabic, Japanese, Korean, French, etc.) is essential to liaise with a diverse background of clients (e.g. our franchise partners and their associates)
  • Proactive with strong sense of responsibility and result-oriented.
  • Strong organizational, analytical skills and follow-up.
  • Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
  • Positive and accurate representation of the brand at all times.
  • Adaptable, flexible and good team player.
