We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to grow high-value corporate business and consistently deliver against revenue goals. This position is suited for someone who thrives on uncovering new prospects proactively, nurturing existing client relationships, and understands the importance of timing and credibility in luxury sales. You'll also play a key role in supporting the wider Sales team as we cultivate long-term, value-led relationships with clients who expect nothing less than excellence.
What You'll Do:
- Proactively identify, secure, and grow corporate accounts through focused sales activities including but not limited to client meetings, industry events, FAM trips, and trade shows.
- Own key corporate accounts end-to-end, acting as a trusted point of contact and strategic partner.
- Maintain a strong understanding of market conditions, competitor activity, and demand trends.
- Collaborate closely with key internal and external stakeholders to deliver seamless, guest-centric experiences that inspire repeat business.
- Achieve and exceed revenue targets in close partnership with the Director of Sales.
What we're looking for:
- Degree or diploma in Sales & Marketing, Hospitality, Business, or a related field.
- At least 3 years experience in hotel sales, with a strong focus on corporate accounts.
- Proven track record of converting relationships into sustained revenue.
- Commercially minded with understanding of microeconomics.
- Fluent in English with a professional, persuasive communication style. Comfortable operating at senior client level.
- Strong computer skills and systems capability (Delphi Sales & Catering experience an advantage).
- Ability to travel for workshops, specialized training and or certifications.
