Responsibilities

  • Drive sales of education and training programs across local and international markets to achieve revenue targets
  • Execute strategic business development initiatives to expand immersion and training program portfolios
  • Identify, cultivate, and manage strategic partnerships with educational institutions, education agents, travel agencies, corporate clients, and government organizations to grow business opportunities
  • Coordinate and host immersion and training groups by managing class scheduling, trainer allocation, campus tours, and program briefings to ensure smooth delivery
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients while proactively identifying and converting new business opportunities to exceed sales targets
  • Prepare and present weekly sales performance reports to monitor progress and support continuous improvement in sales processes and outcomes
  • Collaborate closely with training academy and operations teams to ensure seamless and efficient program delivery


Required competencies and certifications

  • Demonstrated experience in educational sales with a proven track record of achieving sales targets within the education or training industry
  • Strong understanding of immersion and training sectors, including familiarity with cross-cultural education environments
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills applied in client-facing sales contexts
  • Highly self-motivated and detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
