Key Responsibilities
- Support and drive corporate sales activities for corporate travel, business meetings, incentives, and MICE-related projects
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective corporate clients, wide connections to local and multinational companies across global markets including Japan
- Assist in the preparation of proposals, quotations, and presentations for corporate travel, incentive, and MICE projects
- Coordinate with internal departments and Japan-side offices to ensure smooth project execution
- Support account management activities, including follow-ups, client communications, and reporting and reporting management
- Provide high-quality customer service and timely responses to client inquiries
- Maintain accurate records and sales-related documentation
- Perform other duties as assigned by management from time to time
Requirements & Qualifications
- Candidate with at least 5 years of relevant work experience in corporate sales travel and/or meetings or events field
- Strong interest in corporate sales, business travel, and MICE-related projects
- Business-level proficiency in Japanese and English (spoken and written) is required to support effective business communication with clients and partners
- Good communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
