To originate and develop banking relationships with Singapore-based corporates across diversified industries
Manage the due diligence/KYC process to ensure adherence with the bank's policies and regulations
Involved in the structuring and deal execution process Cross-selling and working closely with other product partners in the bank to offer a wide suite of bank's product capabilities
Keeping abreast with industry trends through periodic industry research Liaise closely with internal stakeholders (legal and compliance team, credit approvers, back office, etc) to ensure a smooth transaction process
Any other duties and responsibilities assigned
Requirement
Prefer candidates with Degree in Finance or equivalent
A highly experienced corporate banking professional with a strong understanding of the corporate banking business, backed by 5 years of hands-on experience in relationship management
Expertise in key banking sectors, including Investment Banking (Loan/Syndicated Loans, Trade Finance, Deposit)
Proven track record of delivering exceptional financial solutions and fostering lasting client relationships
Understanding of financial statements to prepare credit proposals
Thorough knowledge of banking products on Deposit & Loan
Self-motivated with the ability to work fast and smart independently
