Job Summary

Support senior relationship managers in growing and maintaining the corporate portfolio by structuring trade and credit facilities, preparing proposals, ensuring compliance, and collaborating with credit teams to deliver tailored banking solutions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior relationship managers to expand and sustain the bank's corporate client portfolio
• Structure and craft trade and credit facilities to develop customized banking solutions for clients
• Prepare detailed internal proposals and obtain necessary credit approvals to facilitate financing
• Generate cross-selling opportunities across loan syndication, bonds, wealth management, and other banking products and services
• Conduct reviews to ensure compliance with Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations
• Coordinate with internal credit administration teams to manage documentation and administrative processes
• Support loan structuring and syndication efforts by working with the loan syndication team on selected financing transactions
