What You'll Do

• Source and identify suitable candidates through LinkedIn, job portals and our database
• Connect with candidates and understand their career aspirations
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients
• Match the right talent with the right opportunities
• Manage the recruitment process from initial contact through placement
• Develop your communication, negotiation, sales and business skills
