Corporate Planning Manager at a Japanese Company
Key Responsibilities
Prepare annual budgets and business plans
Monitor and analyze monthly financial performance (P&L, costs, profitability)
Conduct market research and analyze industry trends, competitors, and economic factors
Manage cash flow analysis and provide financial insights
Prepare reports, presentations, and proposals for management and Japan HQ Coordinate with internal teams to support business initiatives and projects
Propose new business ideas and improvements to drive growth
Requirements & Qualifications
Basic knowledge of accounting and finance
Minimum 5 years of experience in business planning, corporate planning, or related fields
Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Experience in F&B or retail industry
Experience in outlet/store operations
Business-level proficiency in both English and Japanese, required for internal and external communication
