Job Scope
. Lead and provide direction to the partnership development team, including setting priorities, goals, and performance expectations.
. Develop strategies and initiatives to expand and strengthen corporate partnerships and collaborations.
. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders such as corporate partners, healthcare providers, insurance partners, and physician groups.
. Identify new partnership opportunities to drive awareness, growth, and service value.
. Work closely with internal stakeholders to support partnership needs, resolve challenges, and improve service workflows.
. Review and enhance partnership processes and policies to improve efficiency and value delivery.
. Monitor industry landscape and regulatory developments to ensure compliance and informed decision-making.
. Track partnership performance metrics, prepare reports, and provide secretariat support for meetings.
. Participate in organizational planning activities and support ad-hoc projects as assigned.
Job Requirements
. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Healthcare, Management) preferred.
. Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
. Demonstrates commercial awareness, critical thinking, and strong analytical skills.
. Able to manage multiple priorities, solve problems independently, and perform well in a fast-paced environment.
. Adaptable, resourceful, and proactive, with strong project coordination and organizational skills.
. Positive, service-oriented, and able to mentor and guide team members professionally.
