Job Responsibilities:
- Support user engagement workshops and contribute subject matter input during facility planning to enhance patient journeys and experience.
- Assist in planning activities related to clinical services, infrastructure development, and resource planning for a new healthcare facility.
- Work closely with consultants, planners, and internal stakeholders to design service workflows and planning parameters aligned to project objectives.
- Coordinate and facilitate stakeholder meetings and workshops to gather requirements, validate planning assumptions, and test operational models.
- Help develop end-user briefs, operational requirements, guidelines, and work processes, including organizing testing of concepts through virtual or physical prototypes.
- Assist in preparing business cases and proposals to seek necessary approvals and funding support.
- Track progress across planning workstreams, monitor timelines, and provide status updates to management, highlighting potential risks or issues.
- Prepare periodic reports and presentations on project progress.
- Support implementation of operational and care models in line with service development plans and budget guidelines.
- Provide administrative support such as meeting coordination, documentation, minutes-taking, procurement requests, and maintaining filing systems.
- Undertake any other duties or projects assigned.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different stakeholder groups.
- Good organizational and time management skills, able to handle multiple workstreams concurrently.
- Demonstrates initiative, resourcefulness, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
