Corporate Paralegal I Top tier MNC I SINGAPORE I 2 - 6 Years

We're partnering with a top-tier MNC seeking Corporate Paralegals (2 Roles) to join its APAC Legal team in Singapore.

The role

• Working alongside highly regarded lawyers on a broad range of corporate matters: drafting and reviewing commercial contracts and agreements, coordinating signing workflows across contracting parties, and maintaining up-to-date legal databases

About you

• Diploma in Legal Studies or a relevant degree, with at least 4 years experience in similar roles (paralegal, legal executive, contract manager) within a law firm or in-house legal department
• Strong organisational and communication skills, proficiency in contract management tools, DocuSign, Microsoft Office, and basic AI tools
• A proactive, collaborative approach and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
