The Corporate / Key Account Manager is responsible for managing and growing strategic client accounts, ensuring excellent service delivery, and identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities. This role serves as the main point of contact for large corporate clients and co-branding partners.
Key Responsibilities
A. Account Management
. Maintain strong relationships with existing corporate and high-value clients.
. Ensure smooth execution of product orders, campaigns, and co-branding initiatives.
. Monitor client satisfaction and proactively resolve issues.
B. Revenue Growth
. Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within assigned accounts.
. Support BD Executive in converting leads from events or campaigns into long-term contracts.
. Track and report revenue contribution per account.
C. Coordination & Communication
. Collaborate with Creative, Operations, and Digital teams to deliver campaigns and fulfill client requirements.
. Ensure timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
D. Reporting
. Provide regular account performance updates to management.
. Share insights on client needs, trends, and potential business opportunities.
Requirements
. 3-5 years experience in account management, corporate client management, or sales.
. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
. Experience in F&B, lifestyle, or premium brands preferred.
. Ability to coordinate across multiple internal teams to deliver client needs.
Success Metrics / KPIs
. Revenue growth from key accounts.
. Client retention and satisfaction rates.
. Timely delivery of orders, campaigns, and co-branding projects.
. Number of successful upsells or cross-sells.
