Job Description
About the Role
We are seeking a Corporate IT Director who doesn't just adopt AI, but fundamentally runs IT operations through it. In this role, you will own our global corporate IT function end-to-end—including enterprise tools, infrastructure, IT operations, and end-user services—and rebuild how the function operates with AI at its core. You will drive an AI-first operational model that scales through intelligent systems, automation, and self-healing infrastructure rather than headcount growth.
This is a high-impact, hands-on leadership role. You will set the strategic vision, design resilient architectures, and actively jump into complex, technical problem-solving when necessary.
Key Responsibilities
- AI-First Leadership & Enablement: Define and execute a company-wide IT strategy where AI is the default operating model. Select and deploy enterprise AI tools, establish usage playbooks, and partner across business units to maximize productivity and work quality.
- Core IT Operations & Services: Oversee end-user IT services, including identity and access management, device and endpoint provisioning, onboarding/offboarding workflows, collaboration systems, and the IT service desk.
- Infrastructure & System Automation: Maintain and scale global corporate infrastructure leveraging AI-driven monitoring, infrastructure-as-code, and automated self-healing mechanisms.
- Enterprise Stack & Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner directly with C-suite leadership and cross-functional engineering teams to select, architect, integrate, and roll out scalable enterprise tools and secure data governance controls.
- Architecture & Problem Solving: Apply robust systems thinking to balance build-vs-buy decisions, design simplified system architectures, and lead root-cause analysis for major technical incidents.
- Team & Resource Management: Build, mentor, and upskill a high-performing, AI-native IT team designed to scale through system efficiency. Manage vendor relationships, technology stack contracts, and corporate IT budgets.
Requirements
- Experience: 10+ years of hands-on experience in IT, infrastructure, or systems engineering, including leading corporate IT or IT operations teams.
- AI-Native Mindset: Proven track record of leveraging AI tools in daily workflows and successfully deploying AI-driven automation within an enterprise IT environment.
- Technical Depth: Demonstrated expertise in infrastructure-as-code, modern identity systems, cloud infrastructure, and endpoint security management.
