What You'll Do
- Provide onsite Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for hardware, software, and connectivity issues
- Assist with IT onboarding/offboarding processes (account setup, equipment provisioning)
- Manage helpdesk tickets via Jira ITSM, ensuring timely responses and SLA compliance
- Support endpoint management, software installations, and system updates
- Maintain IT asset inventory and assist with vendor procurement processes
- Document technical procedures and update knowledge base articles
- Assist with basic network troubleshooting and user access management
- Provide hands-on support for day-to-day IT operations at the Singapore office
Requirements
Must Have:
- Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or currently pursuing)
- 0-2 years IT support experience (internship experience counts)
- Basic knowledge of Windows, macOS, and common office applications
- Strong Apple/macOS troubleshooting skills (hardware diagnostics, macOS recovery, Apple Business Manager, MDM enrolment)
- Familiarity with IT ticketing systems (Jira ITSM preferred)
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving mindset
- Fluent English (written and verbal)
- AI-Assisted Tools: Familiarity with Claude Code, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot
- Willingness to learn and take initiative
Nice to Have:
- Experience with MDM platforms (Microsoft Intune, Google Workspace MDM)
- Experience with Google Workspace administration
- Experience with remote management tools (NinjaOne or similar)
- Basic understanding of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Network engineering background (routing, switching, VLANs, firewall management, UniFi)
- Exposure to vendor procurement processes
- Experience working in an ISO-compliant environment
