Overview
This opportunity is with a well-established international financial services provider with a strong presence in corporate financing and leasing solutions across the region. This is a backend operations role supporting corporate financing and leasing transactions. You will play a key role in ensuring deals are accurately processed, properly documented, and compliant throughout the entire transaction lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Support preparation, review, and checking of contractual documentation for corporate financing facilities
- Manage the full contract lifecycle, including credit approvals, purchase orders, new contracts, amendments, and terminations
- Ensure all documentation complies with internal policies and regulatory requirements
- Perform accurate data entry for credit applications, contract acceptance, and disbursement details
- Maintain and update customer and supplier records
- Generate regular business and operational reports
- Provide administrative and coordination support to facilitate smooth deal execution
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders as required
- Support SOP documentation and process improvement initiatives
- Handle general administrative duties and ad-hoc tasks
Requirements
- Experience in asset finance, leasing, structured finance, or related operations roles is advantageous
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate work
- Team player with a proactive and responsible attitude
Good to Have
- Experience in contract documentation and lifecycle management
- Exposure to systems, process improvements, or system implementation
