A leader in Shipping and Logistics company is currently expanding and looking for highly qualified candidates for the
Corporate Finance & Group Treasury Analyst position based in Singapore.
Job Responsibilities
- Evaluate and execute funding strategies for major capital assets such as vessels, selecting optimal instruments including bank loans, operating leases, finance leases, and bonds.
- Manage and maintain favorable credit ratings with both domestic and international credit rating agencies.
- Oversee the procurement and settlement of carbon credits via over-the-counter transactions in line with ISDA agreements and regional compliance requirements.
- Ensure adherence to financial incentives and obligations under the organization's designation as a finance treasury center across global entities.
- Provide financial advisory support to business units, including conducting financial due diligence and developing financial models to support strategic decision-making.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- 3 5 years of professional experience in corporate finance and treasury
- Solid understanding of finance, with the ability to execute funding-related activities effectively
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across various departments
- Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders
