Join OCBC's Corporate Finance team and play a key role in advising clients on strategic and capital-raising transactions across Southeast Asia and Greater China. You will work on a wide range of deals including M&A and equity capital markets, partnering closely with senior bankers and product teams. How You Succeed
You bring a strong execution mindset with the ability to manage transactions end-to-end while supporting origination efforts. You are detail-oriented, commercially minded and able to develop trusted relationships with clients. Success in this role require strong financial analysis and modelling capabilities, ability to manage multiple live transactions under tight timelines and confidence in interacting with internal and external stakeholders.
What You Do
You will be involved across both
execution and origination, including:
- Lead and support execution of M&A and equity market transactions
- Build detailed financial models, valuation analyses, and transaction materials
- Prepare pitchbooks, information memoranda, and management presentations
- Coordinate due diligence, legal, and documentation processes
- Manage timelines and liaise with clients and external stakeholders
- Support senior bankers in identifying and pitching new opportunities
- Conduct industry and market research to generate actionable insights
Who You Are
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline
- 5 - 6 years of relevant experience in investment banking or corporate finance
- Strong financial modelling and valuation skills
- Demonstrated experience in deal execution (M&A and/or equity capital markets preferred)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- High attention to detail with strong project management ability
- Self-driven, resilient, and able to perform in a fast-paced, deal-driven environment
