Corporate Finance Associate

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of analysts and interns in Singapore and Indonesia during deal execution. Develop and manage a pipeline of clients for the corporate advisory business. Structure and execute M&A, fundraising, and corporate finance deals. Manage stakeholder relationships by collaborating with various teams, clients, and external advisors. Guide analysts and interns in financial modeling and valuation analysis using methods like DCF and market comparables. Prepare pitch books, information memorandums, and presentation materials for client engagements. Conduct due diligence and valuation analysis on companies and assets. Perform market, industry, and company research, utilizing databases such as Bloomberg and CapIQ.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a closely related field of Business Administration. Minimum of 4-5 years of relevant M&A experience in investment banking or corporate finance. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. Experience in business development techniques, including outreach and pitching. Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills and proficiency in finance and accounting. Proven leadership experience, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively for the team. A keen interest in investment banking and finance, aspiring for a broader management role.
