Core Requirements

1. Heavy Asset Project Financing Experience Core Qualification

Focus on:

Power Infrastructure / Real Estate / IDC / Heavy Asset Industries

Experience in project financing, cross-border financing, and bond financing

Familiarity with Southeast Asian heavy asset investment and financing logic

2. Composite Background Preferred

Ideal Profile:

Background in a well-known investment bank + Client background in a heavy asset industry

Priority given to candidates in the real estate / IDC / power infrastructure industries

CFO / Legal Director / Financing Manager Background Preferred

3. Internationalization and Southeast Asia Capabilities

Experience in Southeast Asian Projects (Singapore not limited)

Experience in Southeast Asian Team Management

Able to drive progress, coordinate resources, and solve problems in Southeast Asia

4. Capital Markets Capabilities

Experience in Hong Kong IPOs Preferred

Familiar with Foreign Investment Policies, Compliance, Risk Control, and Dispute Management
