You will gain hands-on exposure across the full transaction lifecycle and work closely with other Grant Thornton advisory teams in Singapore, across the region and globally.

  • Conduct company, industry, and market research

Qualifications & requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in corporate finance, investment banking, transaction advisory, private equity, financial modelling, or related fields within professional services or a related industry would be advantageous.
  • Strong interest in corporate finance, M&A, and capital raising
  • Strong numerical ability, financial modelling skills and proficiency with valuation techniques
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial concepts to diverse stakeholders in a concise and structured manner
  • Strong work ethic and sense of ownership, with the willingness to go the extra mile when required to deliver for clients and the team
  • Strong attention to detail, organisational skills and ability to multi-task
  • A collaborative mindset, with the adaptability and resilience to work effectively in a fast-paced, transaction-driven environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word and familiarity with financial databases and tools such as Bloomberg, CapitalIQ, and Factset
