RESPONSIBILITIES
Financial Oversight & Performance Analysis
- Serve as the primary finance contact for the Group's joint ventures, providing strategic financial oversight
- Perform in-depth financial analysis and maintain performance dashboards for joint venture entities to monitor performance and identify trends and opportunities
- Prepare and review financial statements for accuracy and compliance
- Manage and report on financial risk activities, ensuring robust mitigation strategies
- Conduct reviews of financial processes and evaluate internal controls, recommending and implementing best practices across entities in compliance with Group policies
Strategic Projects & Business Partnership
- Lead financial due diligence for new projects, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy and financial viability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and key business stakeholders across the Group Entities, to define clear business requirements for system implementations and strategic projects
Finance Systems & Continuous Improvement
- Drive and support system implementation and optimization across both local and international Group Entities
- Act as liaison between IT Departments and other Business Partners of the company and the Group Entities
- Champion continuous improvement projects that enhance financial processes and reporting capabilities
Others
- Support ad-hoc projects and assignments as directed by the management
REQUIREMENTS
- Honours Degree in Accountancy or a recognised professional qualification such as CA, CPA, ACCA or equivalent
- Minimum 2-5 years of accounting/auditing experience
- Prior experience in the aviation industry would be preferred, especially in roles involving joint ventures or project finance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; particularly Excel at an advanced level
- Familiarity with enterprise systems and reporting tools (e.g. SAP, Tableau and PowerBI) will be an advantage
- Experience in system implementation or finance transformation projects will be an advantage
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- A proactive, collaborative mindset with the ability to work across functions and geographies
Applicants may be placed in the position of Assistant Manager or Senior Executive levels depending on experience and qualifications
