We are looking for a Corporate Events Management Executive who will be responsible for the strategic planning, coordination, and execution of company events and internal team-building retreats.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning: Defining event objectives and developing comprehensive project timelines.
- Financial Management: Creating and tracking detailed event budgets, managing expenditures, and ensuring financial efficiency.
- Logistics & Operations: Scouting and securing venues, managing transportation, catering, audio-visual (AV) setups, and dcor.
- Vendor Management: Researching, negotiating with, and supervising external contractors like catering services, security, and equipment providers.
- On-Site Execution
- Post-Event Analysis: Conducting evaluations, gathering attendee feedback, and producing reports to assess success against initial KPIs.
- Ad-hoc admin support
Requirements
- 3-5 years of relevant job experience in event coordination or hospitality.
- Fluent Chinese to liaise with Chinese counterparts.
- Understand how corporate events align with company's goal and KPIs.
- Able to multitask and manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal skills for liaising with high-level executives and securing favorable terms with vendors.
