Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role located in Singapore, with the flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. As a Corporate Event Operations Lead, you will plan, coordinate, and execute corporate events while managing all operational aspects. Your responsibilities will include venue selection, budgeting, vendor management, and ensuring events run smoothly. You will collaborate cross-functionally with various teams, oversee logistics, and ensure events align with company objectives and brand standards. You will also monitor post-event metrics and performance to continually improve processes.

Qualifications

  • Event planning and operational skills, including venue selection, logistics, and vendor management.
  • Budget management and financial planning capabilities for event operations.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills to work across teams and liaise with stakeholders.
  • Problem-solving abilities and organizational skills for executing seamless events.
  • Experience with event technology platforms and data-driven performance tracking is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.
  • Ability to work independently, adapt to hybrid work settings, and manage deadlines effectively.
  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business, or a related field is preferred.
