1. Purpose of the Role
- This role is critical tosupporting the Company in advancing its corporate governance and sustainabilityagenda.
- The person in this positionwill be responsible for driving environmental, social, and governance (ESG)strategy, ensuring rigorous regulatory compliance, embedding enterprise riskmanagement (ERM), and producing high-quality sustainability disclosures inaccordance with applicable regulatory requirements and internationallyrecognised frameworks.
- The incumbent will serve as akey liaison across business units (BUs), Board Committees, and externalstakeholders, playing a central role in positioning the Company as a credible,transparent, and governance-ready organisation.
2. Key Responsibilities
2.1 CorporateGovernance & Regulatory Compliance Setup
- This role will be instrumental in establishing andoperationalising all governance and ESG infrastructure required underapplicable regulatory rules and frameworks.
2.2 Corporate Governance & RegulatoryCompliance
- The incumbent will support theCompany's ongoing compliance with the Code of Corporate Governance, with aspecific emphasis on ethical conduct, accountability, and transparency.
2.3 ESG Reporting & SustainabilityDisclosure
- The incumbent will lead theoperational delivery of the Company's sustainability reporting obligations.
2.4 Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) &Internal Controls
- The incumbent will support theintegration of ESG and sustainability considerations into the Company's broaderenterprise risk management framework.
2.5 Code of Conduct, Ethics & Compliance
- The incumbent will support theoperationalisation of the Company's ethics and compliance framework.
2.6 Training, Awareness & ESG Culture
- Develop and deliver ESG, governance, and complianceawareness programmes.
- Support ESG onboarding for directors, management, and newhires.
- Facilitate ESG workshops to embed sustainability intobusiness planning.
- Maintain training records and compliance reporting.
- Communicate regulatory and ESG framework updatesinternally.
2.7 Stakeholder Engagement & InvestorRelations Support
- Support ESG content for investorcommunications and disclosures.
- Coordinate stakeholder engagement formateriality and ESG initiatives.
- Respond to ESG enquiries from investors,proxy advisors, and rating agencies.
- Monitor ESG market, regulatory, and peerdevelopments.
- Support engagement with regulators onsustainability matters.
2.8 General Corporate & AdministrativeSupport
- Support Board and Committee meetinglogistics and documentation.
- Assist with corporate events, investordays, and ESG initiatives.
- Maintain organised governance, ESG, andcompliance records.
- Perform other governance andsustainability duties as required.
3. Qualifications & Experience
3.1 Academic Qualifications
- Bachelor'sDegree (minimum) in Sustainability, Environmental Studies, BusinessAdministration, Finance, Accounting, Law, or a related discipline.
- Specialisedtraining in ESG, sustainability, or corporate governance is an advantage.
3.2 Work Experience
- At least 2-5 years of relevant full-time experience.
- Good communication, both written and verbal English& Chinese.
- Knowledge of sustainability practices and reportingstandards (e.g., GRI) and metric is a plus.
- Analytical skills with the ability to interpret andvisualize data sets.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office packages such asWord, Excel & Power Point is a MUST.
- Ability to create visually appealing and informativeposters, infographics, and other materials.
- Ability to work independently, multi-task and meetdeadlines.
- Good planning, organizing, coordination andnegotiation skills.
- Presentable, efficient, self-motivated and organized.
- Positive working attitude with strong sense ofresponsibility, self-motivation and integrity.
